When the links are clicked on your browser may need to download some extra plug-ins. After the plug-ins are installed
you will be able to go to the hosting server (via the links below) which will begin to download data to your
computer. Because of the size of the files, this takes some time, depending on the speed of connection. Whilst
the files are downloading, you will see a screen that allows you to start the programme before downloading is
complete. However, full functionality does not appear until all the data has been downloaded. Finally, please note
that some slides have been replaced by a screen showing 'Data embargoed until publication', this has been done at
the request of presenters to avoid compromising publication.
